Old Family Movies

One of my major projects of late has been trying to go through old movies from the 50’s to see if they are worth putting to a DVD. Because there are so many, I decided I had to view them all, etc. etc. I ended up so far with 119 snippets that I videod from the screen to my digital camera. They capture the essence of what I want to preserve for the family. So, now I have downloaded them to my computer. Next step will be to burn them to DVD. That I have to figure out yet. So, keep posted.
Who is that?
Grandma Estella is the lady in the beginning. I think that one of the boys is your dad but I’m not sure. Hopefully the roughnecks will identify themselves.
The boy without a hat is Stewart, but I think that the other two boys are not family members. I think that film might have been taken in Indiana when the folks lived in Jonesboro, Indiana. The other two boys could have been some of Stewart’s friends. Stewart started school in Indiana and he looks about that age in the movie. Have you checked with Dot?
